General Policy

At Ceylon Guide, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users and service providers. However, please note that at this time, all sales and bookings made through our platform are final.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any subscription plans, promotion packages, or bookings made through Ceylon Guide at this time. All payments are non-refundable.

Subscription Plans & Promotions

Payments for subscription plans and promotion packages are for digital advertising services. Once the service is active (e.g., your listing is featured or your subscription is active), the service is considered delivered. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds once the transaction is complete.

Tour Bookings (Travelers)

Since Ceylon Guide does not process payments for tours, activities, or accommodations directly, we do not handle refunds for cancellations of these services. You must refer to the specific cancellation and refund policy of the service provider you booked with. We are not liable for any funds transferred directly to service providers.

Cancellations

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors where you were charged multiple times for the same service, please contact our support team with proof of transaction. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, process a correction.
